Swearingen will lead the OMG Sales Teams and the company's go-to-market initiatives for rolling out new features and products to OMG clients. He will play a key role in OMG’s drive towards becoming a billion-dollar software company.

For 20 years, Swearingen has been involved in SaaS leadership, with his most recent position as the Vice President of Sales at RealPage (NASDAQ: RP) driving new and expansion sales of property management software.
