Come join us at OrderMyGear (OMG) and play a pivotal role in a rapidly changing industry. We're looking to immediately fill two (2) full-time Team Specialist positions in our Dallas office. OrderMyGear is a fun, fast-paced company full of growth opportunity. We're looking for hard-working team players that can help shape the future of OMG!

As a Team Specialist at OrderMyGear, you'll be the main point of contact for our new and current OrderMyGear Marketplace customers, owning projects from start to finish. We're looking for problem solvers and out-of-the-box thinkers. If this is you, we'd love to hear from you!

Team Specialists will:

  • Own new projects from start to finish
  • Work directly with internal and external team members
  • Offer solutions rather than problems, and question current practices
  • Effectively and proactively communicate process and status to our customers on a regular basis
  • Work toward 2-week, monthly and yearly goals set by OrderMyGear

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Able to adapt and learn in all situations
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at one time
