While I may be new to the sporting goods industry, I’m not new to being part of an industry that is poised for aggressive change. In 2001, I founded one of the first online automotive dealerships in the country. It’s hard to believe that the notion of dealerships marketing direct to consumers through the Internet was a novel concept not too long ago. The automotive industry evolved quickly. Consumers demanded choice and automotive dealers were forced to adapt.
It’s been about four months since I joined OrderMyGear and what a thrill it’s been to meet so many dealers and vendors across North America.
